Vladislava Tsolova
Vladislava Tsolova is the chairperson of the Autism Today Association and the director of the ABA Centers for Behavioral and Comprehensive Therapy “Autism Today” in Bulgaria. She is a financier and lawyer with over 15 years of experience in banking and is a PhD candidate in the doctoral program "Finance, Insurance, and Social Security" at the Department of Finance and Insurance.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Educational Management.
Vladislava Tsolova has substantial organizational and managerial experience, including conducting campaigns and training, managing projects, and creating and developing childcare facilities. She has been a member of the Public Council to the Committee for Interaction with Civil Organizations in the National Assembly (since 2013). She is a member of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum, NASO, and the European Autism Europe, among others. As of March 18, 2023, she has been elected Chair of the National Patient Organization (NPO), an alliance of over 65 organizations in Bulgaria, and was re-elected at the annual general meeting in June 2023.
Vladislava Tsolova founded the ABA Centers for Behavioral and Comprehensive Therapy “Autism Today” in 2015, making Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) a reality in Bulgaria and fulfilling a long-standing dream for generations of parents of children with autism in Bulgaria.
She is also the initiator and creator of the Autism Today Association, an organization of parents, specialists, and public figures founded in 2014.
For eight years, Autism Today has dedicated every day to supporting, developing, and improving the lives of children with autism through professional educational assistance, care, and love. Autism Today is a symbol of high professional standards in working with children with autism, offering hope and support to parents, and providing high-quality services that ensure an independent and dignified life for children with autism in Bulgaria.
Currently, the association has four specialized centers for professional assistance (two in Sofia, one in Pleven, and one in Burgas) for children with autism, where more than 200 children monthly and over 1,000 children annually and their families receive the highest quality therapeutic support.
Vladislava Tsolova is also the founder of Montessori Kindergarten Planet Bulgaria, which aims to create a completely new and innovative educational institution in Pleven, operating according to the standards and requirements of the Ministry of Education, fully compliant with the educational plans and programs of the Ministry of Education, but using the principles and golden rules of Montessori pedagogy, so that in a playful, free, and completely innovative way, all children, including those with developmental issues, acquire life skills while meeting state educational requirements and gaining the necessary knowledge and skills for school readiness, for which they receive a certificate from the kindergarten, licensed with License from the Ministry of Education 269/2.07.2020.
Vladislava Tsolova was born in Pleven and graduated from Geo Milev Mathematical High School in Pleven. She is a financier and lawyer with over 15 years of experience in banking, a master’s degree in human resources, and a psychologist.
She is a PhD candidate in the doctoral program "Finance, Insurance, and Social Security" at the Department of Finance and Insurance and has significant organizational and managerial experience in organizing campaigns, training—professional, qualification, and certification, project management, and building and managing childcare facilities.
She is a specialist in crisis management and handling crisis situations.
- Member and active participant in the working group for drafting the Law on School and Preschool Education since 2010, appointed by the Minister of Education, which has been in effect since August 1, 2016.

Завършила съм „Бизнес администрация“ в Университета за национално и световно стопанство.
Работата с децата от аутистичния спектър и техните родителите е удоволствие и предизвикателство за мен.

Андреан Петров
Аз съм Андреан Петров и работя като психолог в Сдружение „Аутизъм днес“.
Завършил съм бакалавърска степен по психология в Шотландския университет “Abertay University”.
След завършването си добих опит като преподавател в Малтийско училище за деца със специални нужди – “Inspire”, където първо открих чувството на пълноценност от тази работа.
За мен същността на изучаването на психология е осъзнаването и разбирането на уникалните черти на хората с цел подобряването на индивидуалното и груповото развитие на всички на света.
В работата си забелязах как усетът към детайли и внимателният ми индивидуален подход към всяко дете водят до голям напредък. Усетих значимостта на всяка нова научена дума виждайки щастието на лицата на родителите.
Единствено в работата си като психолог/терапевт чувствам, че имам истинско позитивно въздействие върху възможността на някого да има по-щастлив и по-пълноценен живот.
В сдружението открих страхотна група колеги, които всеотдайно влагат сърцата си в работата с всяко дете, дори когато е нелесна. Сега с удоволствие се развивам в тази среда, където всеки със своя уникален подход допринася за най-доброто развитие децата.

My name is Kristin Kaneva, and I am a psychologist and behavioral therapist at the Autism Today Association.
I graduated in Psychology from the University of Bath in England. The topic of my dissertation was related to the issues arising in families with children with autism. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's program in Clinical Psychology at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
Working with children on the autism spectrum and other psycho-emotional difficulties is my calling. It brings me satisfaction knowing that I actively contribute to both the better adaptation of the child and the overall quality of life for the entire family.
Every small step a child takes on their path of growth and development fills me with happiness and pride, knowing that I have had the opportunity to contribute to their fuller future and well-being. This motivates me to continue improving myself as a psychologist and therapist.

Аз съм Елеонора Николова.
Завършила съм Медицинска рехабилитация и ерготерапия във Факултет по обществено здраве и здравни грижи към университет "Проф. Д-р Асен Златаров" гр. Бургас.
Имам опит в работа с деца и младежи с множество нарушения.
Практикувала съм в ДМСГД гр. Бургас и Дневен център за младежи с увреждания гр. Бургас.
Фокусирана съм върху провеждане на индивидуални терапевтични сесии за деца, както и за развиване на уменията им чрез изпълнение на дейности в областта на самообслужването, продуктивността и подготовка за училищни дейности.
По време на работата ми като Ерготерапевт към Сдружение "Аутизъм днес" продължавам да се уча, обогатявам и развивам чрез супервизиите, които получаваме от супервайзора по ерготерапия - Елица Великова. Това ме прави по-сигурна и уверена в работата ми с децата.

Аз съм Данимира Иванова и работя като ерготерапевт в Сдружение „Аутизъм Днес“.
Обучението ми дава възможност да изучавам, развивам и практикувам умения в различни болнични заведения.
Благодарение на сдружение “Аутизъм днес” пред мен се отвори врата за индивидуална работа с деца от аутистичния спектър и трудностите представени пред техните родители.
Моята цел е да подам ръка и чрез Ерготерапията да помогна на всички деца да водят по-качествен и независим начин на живот.
Ще продължавам да се уча и да развивам потенциала си чрез обучения и практики със супервайзора ни по Ерготерапия - Елица Великова.

My name is Ivan Cholakov, and I work as a psychologist at the Autism Today Association.
I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, and I am currently pursuing a Master's program in Clinical Psychology.
In the process of studying various schools and directions, I discovered that I am passionate about the inner world of children.
Working with children energizes me and motivates me to find more ways to inspire them.
I admire every small step they take because these often turn out to be significant strides.
It is extremely important for me to always accept the child as they are and to do the best I can.
Thanks to supervision and the wonderful team I have the honor to work with, every day opens up new horizons for development and change for the better.

Lina Zlateva
My name is Lina Zlateva, and I am a psychologist and ABA therapist at the Autism Today Association.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from New Bulgarian University (NBU), as well as completed foundational training in positive and child psychotherapy at the Institute of Positive Psychotherapy.
I find working with children on the autism spectrum to be both a challenge and a source of great satisfaction.
Through monthly supervision sessions with Dr. D. Fraser, I acquire knowledge and skills that allow me to be more effective in helping the children at the center.

Hristiyan Pangelov
My name is Hristiyan Pangelov, and I am a Cultural Therapist.
I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Fine Arts, specializing in Art Education at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
I have been among the first employees at the center since its establishment, and it brings me joy to conduct creative activities and exercises that support the work of my colleagues with the children during their therapeutic sessions.
My work at the Autism Today Association is calm, enjoyable, and diverse.
I have a great understanding with my colleagues, and the atmosphere is friendly.
